To meet our ambition of delivering an exciting and outstanding educational experience, we need an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher in Health & Social Care, Early Years, and Teaching Assistants. This post provides an excellent opportunity for a teacher with enthusiasm and drive who is committed to lively, student-centered teaching.

The post will predominantly involve teaching Teaching Assistants and Early Years students across a wide range of levels from Level 1 to Level 3. We welcome applications from experienced teachers who hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification and a relevant degree. It would be beneficial if the applicant can assess Early Years and Teaching Assistant qualifications in the workplace.

The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach, be independent and proactive, and possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You should have strong communication skills and be able to negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation.
