Supporting and leading the Aftersales department as an Aftersales Manager, youll be a consistent role model for the whole department, working to maximise efficiency and profitability.

What youll do day to day
- Meet key performance indicators and targets for the service and parts departments
- Look for opportunities to increase efficiency of theAftersales operation
- Take actions to sustain, retain and enhance levels of customer satisfaction, whilst sustaining profitability
- Work with your team to develop understanding and implementation of a customer focussed environment, setting clear targets for the team
- Respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution
- Maintain rigorous control of costs, stock and budget
- Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly to ensure prompt recovery of monies due

- Previous experience in managerial rolein a customer-oriented department
- Ability to develop and monitor budgets
- Previous experience in a target driven role
- An understanding of marketing processes and development of pricing strategies
- Up to date knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation, trade practices and FCA regulations and duties
- A customer focused approach
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence
