Are you ready to play a pivotal role in powering a dynamic, fast-paced supply chain operation? Do you thrive on organisation, precision, and being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? If so, we want YOU!
At the heart of our client's Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Administrator ensures that everything behind the scenes flows like clockwork. You’ll be the vital link connecting data, communication, and process — supporting operations that have real-world impact across the entire business.
This is more than just an admin role. It’s your opportunity to step into the engine room of a thriving supply chain — where your contributions are noticed, valued, and make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administrative Powerhouse: Be the right-hand support to our Supply Chain Coordinators and Manager, handling reports, presentations, meetings, and logistics. Keep schedules sharp, calendars coordinated, and stakeholders informed.
- Data Dynamo: Maintain, manage, and update key data sources that drive inventory, logistics, and procurement decisions. Help prepare accurate reports and provide essential data insights for smarter, faster decisions.
- Communication Champion: Act as a central contact point between internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners. Track communications, follow up on key tasks, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Process Prodigy: Support the smooth flow of goods and information — from monitoring shipments to onboarding new vendors. Help us stay audit-ready and compliance-strong with meticulously maintained records and documentation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) including strong grades in English and Maths. A-levels or vocational qualifications in Business Administration (NVQ Level 2/3) are a bonus but not essential — our client values drive and potential!
- Experience: At least 2 years in an admin-based role, ideally within a fast-paced supply chain, logistics, or procurement setting.
- Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office and handling data with accuracy and speed. Natural organiser with outstanding attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communicator — and a true team player. Calm under pressure, curious by nature, and eager to learn and improve.
What’s in It for You?
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays — because work-life balance matters.
- A stable, full-time role with consistent weekday hours and early finish Fridays.
- A fully office-based environment that fosters collaboration and team spirit.
- An opportunity to grow your career in a critical business function, with support every step of the way.
