Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists. Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months: We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200. Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors.

About The Role: At Eucalyptus, we’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. Our GLP-1 weight management program has already helped tens of thousands of patients across the UK—combining medication, nutrition, exercise, and clinical support into a single, seamless experience. Now, we’re building the next chapter: a fully integrated health platform with diagnostics at its core. Current diagnostic systems are reactive and fragmented. With breakthroughs in AI and medical tech, we have a unique opportunity to reimagine preventative care—making it proactive, personalised, and deeply impactful. This role is your chance to build and scale a diagnostics business from the ground up. You’ll define the vision, launch the product, and embed it within our broader ecosystem—unlocking better outcomes for patients and new growth for the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build from zero to one: Own the full lifecycle—from concept to MVP—testing rapidly with patients and clinicians to create high-trust experiences.
  • Launch and scale: Lead go-to-market execution and embed diagnostics across our platform in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Refine and grow: Use data and feedback to iterate fast, improve outcomes, and evolve the model.
  • Shape the commercial strategy: Define pricing, delivery models, and success metrics to guide long-term sustainability.

About You: We’re looking for a true founder at heart—someone passionate about health and driven by the excitement of building a transformative diagnostics business from the ground up. You thrive in early-stage environments, love solving complex problems, and have a proven track record of turning ambitious visions into impactful realities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Commercial Operator with Product Instincts (8+ years): You’ve owned strategy and execution in fast-moving, product-led environments, launching and scaling new initiatives from scratch.
  • Health-tech native: You bring a deep passion—and ideally hands-on experience—for digital health, diagnostics, or preventative care.
  • Founder or early-stage builder: You’ve built or scaled ventures from scratch, navigating chaos with clarity and balancing scrappy execution with long-term vision.
  • Data-driven and outcome-focused: You identify what matters, interrogate the data, and act decisively.
  • Cross-functional operator: You rally teams across product, clinical, engineering, and marketing around bold goals, and drive momentum through crisp alignment and collaboration.
  • Patient-first mindset: You put patient outcomes above all else, ensuring every decision balances business growth with clinical excellence and exceptional care.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: You approach challenges with creativity, resourcefulness, and persistence.
