We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team, focused on the South Region of our branch network – Sutton, Mitcham and Putney branches. If you have proven experience in builder's merchants' sales and enjoy building strong relationships that deliver real value, this could be your next step. You’ll be responsible for growing and managing key trade accounts across the South, helping us deliver exceptional service and drive sustainable business growth. This is a field-based role — you’ll spend your time out on your patch meeting customers and working closely with branch teams to stay connected to the day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of key trade accounts across the South
- Actively developing new business opportunities in line with sales targets
- Working closely with branch managers and sales teams to align on pricing, service, and customer expectations
- Maintaining strong knowledge of products, pricing structures, and the competitive landscape
- Supporting marketing and promotional activity to grow visibility in the region
- Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
