Surgical Coordinator

Job Title: Surgical Coordinator Location: Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Marylebone clinics, London Hours: Up to 18 hours per week Rate of Pay: £15-£17 per hour Additional Income Opportunity: Potential to earn additional income as a virtual receptionist on non-working days Potential Full-Time Role: For the right candidate, this position could evolve into a full-time role Schedule: Monday AM: Chelsea clinic Monday PM: Knightsbridge clinic (as agreed) Wednesday AM and Friday AM: Marylebone clinic Shifts are a maximum of 6 hours Responsibilities: As a Surgical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include: Using your independent and interpersonal skills to manage patient care and clinic logistics effectively. Supporting patients in their surgical and non-surgical journeys, including answering enquiries via phone, email, and social media. Greeting and assisting patients in the clinic, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Booking appointments and managing patient expectations. Utilising and maintaining proficiency in Pabau CRM systems and aesthetics-focused training. Adhering to escalation policies, communicating effectively with senior staff when required. Contributing innovative ideas to enhance the clinics brand presence in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Providing support in marketing and social media efforts to engage and grow the clinics audience. Requirements: This position is open to candidates with proven experience in aesthetics or cosmetic surgery clinics only. Additional requirements include: Immediate availability for the right candidate. High levels of organisation, ambition, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Pabau CRM systems, marketing, social media, and general Microsoft processes. Strong communication and customer service skills.
