Role Overview: Join bp's procurement team and help drive innovation and transformation in our application services category. This area of spend focuses on the largest Service Integrators in the IT marketplace at a time of change across bp. We are looking for a dynamic individual with around 8 years of experience in commercial or procurement roles to lead the charge in making bp a leader in digital and talent supply chains.
What you will do:
- Ability to lead major programs of work within the category
- Contracting experience including writing agile methodology into scopes of services
- Management of major service integrators in both a growth and cost out environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities
- Work across a complex matrix organization with sourcing
- Implement a digital-first approach to the P2P process using Ariba
