You’ve sold complex SaaS solutions into financial institutions. You know how to navigate the compliance-conscious, data-driven worlds of Tier 1 banks, asset managers, or insurance giants. But you’re ready for more. What if your next move wasn’t just about targets—but about transforming how the finance industry operates at its core? We’re working with a leading RegTech and reconciliation automation provider—a trusted partner to some of the world’s most regulated and data-intensive firms. Their platform is quietly powering mission-critical operations for firms handling vast volumes of financial data, transactions, and regulatory reporting requirements. Now, they’re growing fast—and looking for a Sales Executive to help scale their presence across the UK and Europe.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-impact commercial team selling a highly regarded platform into finance, operations, and risk leadership at enterprise clients. This is not a dial-and-pitch role. You’ll engage senior stakeholders around complex operational pain points—from manual reconciliations to regulatory burdens—and deliver strategic, data-first solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving net-new business across the UK and selected European territories
- Building relationships with senior buyers (COOs, Heads of Ops, Finance Transformation, Risk/Compliance leads)
- Leading consultative sales cycles from early engagement through to close
- Partnering with pre-sales and delivery teams to scope and propose high-impact solutions
- Representing the business at industry events, virtual roundtables, and client workshops
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of SaaS or financial technology sales experience, ideally into regulated financial services
- Proven success in closing enterprise or upper mid-market deals (six figures+)
- Familiarity with the challenges of data integrity, reconciliations, or regulatory operations
- Gravitas and credibility when selling to operations, finance, and compliance leadership
- Based in London or commutable for occasional team meetups and client-facing activity
What Makes This Different?
- Category-Leading Platform: Used by global financial institutions to streamline their most business-critical operations
- Deep, Solvable Problems: You’re not selling shiny dashboards—you’re solving costly, persistent headaches
- Real Autonomy: You’ll have space to shape your territory and run with ideas, backed by a leadership team that listens
- Brand Value: Being part of this journey will put your name next to an enterprise-grade product trusted in the heart of finance
Base salary up to £100,000, with a lucrative bonus structure. Remote-first, London-based role with flexible working. Strong progression opportunities as the team scales. If you’re looking to sell something with depth, impact, and serious market credibility—this is it. Apply now or reach out in confidence to Iopa Solutions for more details.
