You will deliver high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to meet customer needs. Working closely with the store management team, you will inspire and support your team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products.
Position Details:
- Part-time Supervisor - 6 Month Temporary Contract in Ashford at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, working 20 hours per week.
- Good availability required, including weekends and weekdays.
Pay, Hours & Benefits:
- £12.10 per hour. After completing the retail induction PaSS stages, pay increases to £12.35 per hour.
