C&C Search is currently recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant for a well-known private equity firm based in London. The role offers hybrid working, an excellent bonus, and a strong company culture.

Position: Company Secretarial Assistant

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Hybrid setup: 4 days in the office and 1 from home

Key responsibilities for this Company Secretarial Assistant role:

  • Prepare meeting minutes for the Board, Investment Committee, and other group entities.
  • Coordinate and collate board packs for key internal committees.
  • Support with Companies House filings, including confirmation statements and director changes.
  • Maintain company secretarial records, registers, and structure charts.
  • Respond to internal and external information requests.
  • Support the Company Secretary with administrative duties and document coordination.
  • Help maintain a clear understanding of governance processes across all entity types.
