This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Truro. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project costs, managing budgets, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
