Position: Salesforce Technical Architect – CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Sales & Service

Key Qualifications & Expertise:
- Extensive Salesforce CRM Implementation background with 12+ years of experience.
- Over 5 years as a Technical Architect, specializing in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ/Salesforce Revenue Cloud — a must-have skill.
- Deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, and Salesforce automation tools (Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Customizations).
- Strong understanding of Product & Pricing configuration, CPQ approvals, data migration, Quote-to-Cash workflows, approval processes, and Order & Billing management.
- 6–8 years designing and developing tailored solutions within Salesforce Revenue Cloud and the broader SFDC ecosystem.
- Experienced in engaging multiple stakeholders, driving discussions, and achieving consensus in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead business workshops with both IT and business teams.
