Role Overview As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will: Design, develop, and implement innovative digital solutions across the technology stack. Provide technical leadership within a high-performance agile environment. Architect and deliver secure solutions on-premise and in the cloud, utilizing modern DevSecOps practices and automation. Required Skills Proficiency in Java (Spring/MVC) is essential. Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Experience integrating with both greenfield and legacy systems. Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases. Experience with testing methodologies and embedding quality practices. Familiarity with Cloud Native technologies on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, especially Infrastructure as Code. Experience with CI/CD automation tools. Prioritization of accessibility, security, and performance. Versatility in applying multiple programming languages and a desire to be full-stack. Preferred Skills Web development skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Experience leading small to medium engineering teams.
