Analyze talent market trends to identify untapped pools and emerging skills hubs. Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years in talent acquisition, successfully recruiting and closing top 1% talent, especially in niche roles. Proven success in securing high-impact candidates globally. Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools, including AI-powered platforms. Creative thinker with innovative recruitment solutions. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Analytical skills to assess candidate quality against top benchmarks. Experience recruiting for diverse senior roles across functions and geographies. Global mindset and cross-cultural recruitment understanding.
