Transformation is a large scale and complex programme of work, and already in flight so as a candidate you’ll need to be able to ‘hit the ground running’. This is an exciting and varied role and a great opportunity to play a part in the transformation of the Nucleus platform as we move towards becoming ‘best loved’ in the marketplace.
Key Accountabilities
You’ll spend your time:

Formulating and updating project plans and maintaining schedules

Tracking A&D and development build items with out third party supplier
-
Reviewing and monitoring progress against project plans to ensure outputs are delivered to time, budget and quality specifications.

Managing risks, issues, and resources to ensure milestone dates are achieved.

Reporting project progress in line with stated policies and procedures within the organisation, including ensuring that any requests for information on your workstream from the delivery leads and other senior staff within the organisation are answered in a timely manner.

Communicating regularly with stakeholders and sponsors.

Setting and managing stakeholder and 3rd party expectations on timelines and ownership of outputs at various phases.

Working with our 3rd party partners FNZ to ensure delivery of A&D activities.

Coordinating activities and tasks among program teams, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet program goals.

Establishing teams, in consultation with other parts of the organisation, to ensure efficient delivery

Responsibility for the efficient running of these teams by setting project objectives and working within a matrix management environment.

Proven working experience in project management delivering both business and technical change initiatives ideally in a Transformation Programme with a bias for data migration

Experience of Agile and Waterfall delivery practices

The ability to solve and unblock issues within teams or departments

The skills to build consensus between organisations or highly independent and diverse stakeholders

Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross – functional environment

Experience of leading project teams, building and maintaining the trust, confidence, commitment and collaboration of others

Experience in Project Planning, Cutover Planning, gathering requirements, and development of runbook, command-and-control frameworks
Technical Proficiency
-
At a minimum data conversion experience in all major domains, preferably Finance data
-
Strong understanding of Data Migration Methodologies including cleansing, collection, transformation, loading and validation activities
-
Extensively versed in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Project, MS Visio, PowerPoint and other MS Office products for data Analysis, Project Schedules, Business process modelling, Requirements/issues documentation etc.
