Our client provides financial planning and investment management firms with client portal technology that improves efficiency, ensures compliance, and lifts client engagement. We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap.
Working closely with Product Owners and Development teams, you’ll ensure smooth execution, foster agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery across the product lifecycle
- Work with Product Owners on priorities and backlog
- Manage timelines, releases, and cross-team dependencies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices
- Track performance and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Promote quality, security, and compliance at every stage
- Act as Scrum Master, coaching teams in Agile principles and supporting continuous improvement in delivery processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivery roles, ideally in fintech or financial services, but not a must
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum
- Excellent organization and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with tools like Jira & Confluence
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and team collaboration
- Proactive, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset
