Summary The Workshop Engineer is responsible for: Perform service activity on products supplied by Baxter and serviced in the workshop Meet contractual obligations to internal and external customers Ensure all SLA’s are adhered to Ensure compliance within Baxter quality processes Key/General Accountabilities Establish and maintain communication & partnership with customers, team members, and business contacts Install, service, and maintain products, manage product complaints, and complete within KPI timeframe Ensure all activities follow instructions and information within the quality system framework Report all relevant service activity to ensure updated and accurate data in the service system Comply with Quality management system requirements Adhere to the Health and Safety policy at all times Embrace and adhere to the Enterprise Management System Manage calibration equipment, track, and monitor all tools Take on other roles/duties as requested by Supervisor/Manager Skills Qualifications & Skills Electronics related qualification preferred Excellent team player but able to work independently Self-motivated individual who can work to targets and deadlines Enthusiastic and positive approach to role requirements Customer focused Education & Experience Electrical engineering experience preferred Customer-focused, driven to deliver high-quality service Good command of English, oral and written Analytically minded Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in healthcare environment and service desirable Understanding of ESD protection Knowledge Good working knowledge of ERP & Quality systems (or similar) Strong knowledge in electrical engineering Understanding of good compliance practices Benefits of working at Baxter Competitive total compensation package Professional development opportunities High importance on work-life balance Commitment to inclusive and diverse workforce Additional Information Baxter is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
