What You’ll Be Doing
- This role is based in Telford, Manchester.
- The main goal is to learn about the HVAC industry to support our Regional Sales Managers and customers with selections, design, and quotes.
- Understanding buildings and their functions.
- Handling customer and sales inquiries via email and phone.
- Supporting Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and assisting external customers.
- Helping to select and quote HVAC equipment based on customer needs.
- Reviewing technical drawings and specifications to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Analyzing competitor quotes to create competitive offers.
- Following projects from start to finish, providing design and technical support.
- Answering basic technical queries to assist RSMs and customers.
- Looking for ways to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Working closely with RSMs and customers to provide pricing and availability information.
What We’re Looking For
- Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Science, English, Maths, and ICT OR Engineering.
- Full UK driving license essential.
- An interest in M&E, engineering, and the HVAC industry.
- Good problem-solving skills, confident and articulate.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- You must live within a commutable distance to the role location.
