Seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in delivering level 2 and level 3 building surveys and reports. Your new role You will conduct detailed Level 2 (Homebuyer Reports) and Level 3 (Building Surveys) on residential properties. Perform thorough visual inspections and assessments of building structures, materials, and systems, identify and report on structural issues, potential hazards, and necessary repairs. It will be your role to provide clear, concise, and comprehensive reports to clients, including condition ratings and recommendations. You will stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulations, ensuring all surveys comply with RICS guidelines. What you\’ll need to succeed Professional qualification in Building Surveying (RICS accredited or equivalent). AssocRICS or MRICS or FRICS. Proven experience in conducting Level 2 and Level 3 surveys. Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and defects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to clients. Proficiency in using surveying tools and software. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
