Your new company
An excellent company that is currently looking for a chartered MRICS/ AssocRICS/ MCIOB building surveyor to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 homebuyer inspections and reports. The company is based in South Manchester delivering surveys of properties across the North West.
Your new role
You will be working fully autonomously, with the support network of working alongside a team of 6 chartered building surveyors, delivering Level 2 and Level 3 across the North West. This role is fully remote, so you can deliver the reports in the comfort of your own home, though if you like to go into the office it is based in Stockport.
What you\’ll need to succeed
You will be MRICS or AssocRICS or MCIOB with previous experience delivering homebuyer inspections and reports. You will need to have a full UK driving licence and a car.
What you\’ll get in return
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary of £45,000 plus £5,000 car allowance, 25 days annual leave, mileage paid for, a fully remote role with the option to come into the office if you wish to.
