Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Member Services Manager to lead the operations and delivery of member services within our Pensions team. You will manage a team dedicated to providing high-quality support to pension scheme members, ensuring services meet legal requirements, industry best practices, and internal standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of frontline member services.
- Oversee and drive improvements in processes, systems, and service levels.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Member Services Officers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain compliance with pensions legislation, data protection, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in pensions or management (e.g. PMI, ILM) (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of pension scheme operations and regulatory frameworks.
Experience:
- Proven experience in pensions or similar regulated customer service environment.
