Thrive Shepton is delighted to be working with our client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for Assembly Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh and add ingredients, and arrange ready meal components
- Replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain high hygiene standards
- Conduct quality checks
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a machine operator or similar role is preferred
Requirements:
- Good command of English
- Positive attitude towards work
- Desire to develop skills and progress within the company
Working Hours:
- 06:00 - 16:00 on Friday
- 06:00 - 18:00 on Saturday
- 06:00 - 18:00 on Sunday
Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of £12.08 from 06:00 to 22:00
- Hourly pay rate of £14.85 from 22:00 to 06:00
- Potential increase to at least £14.48 per hour upon becoming permanent (including shift premiums)
