Mortgage Advisor – Hamilton/Glasgow (Full Time) Job Overview Clyde Financial aims to fulfill client requirements for all property, finance, and insurance needs. We are looking for a CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year’s experience dealing with whole of market mortgage and insurance advice. This is a high-earning role offering a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, and excellent ancillary benefits such as private healthcare & pension. This role is solely office-based. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options. Provide clear and comprehensive advice on various mortgage products available in the market. Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and changes in financial services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders in the mortgage process. Follow up with clients throughout the application process to provide updates and address any concerns. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction. Required experience, skills, and qualifications: At least one year’s experience as a CeMAP qualified whole of market mortgage advisor. Experience dealing with personal insurances is preferable but not mandatory. Ability to cope with high volume. Target-driven and self-motivated. Excellent team-working, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with exceptional time management skills – we move at speed and need you to keep up!
