The predicted salary is between 30000 - 37500 £ per year.

We have an amazing opportunity for a Quality Improvement Officer (South) who will be a part of the Quality Improvement team of a national training provider who specialises in Apprenticeships. This role is hybrid so includes home working as well as covering the South of England. Applicants must live in the South West, South East, London, Midlands or East of England and have access to a vehicle.

The successful candidate will:

  • Conduct and report on quality improvement with your region
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Perform deep dives across in house tutors, as well as all subcontracted provision in your region.
  • Provide support and guidance through action plans, setting objectives and being a mentor to the delivery teams to ensure consistently high-quality provision.
  • Support with standardisation, moderation and observations of teaching, learning and assessment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or relevant industry experience (ideally construction, electrical, plumbing, management, team leading but not essential)
  • Teaching level qualification and/or assessment qualification at level 4
  • GCSE English A-C, 9-4, NVQ level 2, O Level A-D or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in improving teaching learning and assessment in apprenticeships
  • Demonstrable experience of conducting a range of quality improvement activities
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices and production of action plans/SMART objectives
  • Driving Licence

You will receive:

  • Salary - £35,000 to £37,500 per annum (depending on experience)
