About the Role:

  • Lead and inspire your team to excel
  • Create an environment focused on delivering excellent service, achieving targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment
  • Take a hands-on approach in operational and commercial activities alongside your team
  • Report to the Area Manager and contribute to the growth and success of the brand by identifying opportunities and adding value
  • Ensure communication is timely and accurate to meet business needs
