We are seeking a Planner / Senior Planner for a major Defence client. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with the opportunity to be on-site in Reading as needed. You must have SC Clearance. You\’ll lead complex scheduling, data reporting, and resource management using Primavera P6, ensuring seamless project delivery in a secure, highly-regulated environment. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate planning sessions and workshops, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Work directly with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors, and Subcontractors to develop and execute detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6. Manage and maintain comprehensive program schedules, delivering detailed progress updates and 1, 3, and 6-month look-aheads. Oversee the end-to-end service delivery, ensuring that client objectives are met through value-added service and scheduling best practices. Qualifications: Demonstrable experience as a Planner, ideally in Defence. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6. Security Clearance required.
