Hitachi Cooling and Heating Solutions UK&IRE are focusing on business growth and are seeking a sales manager to build long-term trusting relationships with customers. This involves developing close relationships with trusted distribution partners and their clients. The primary focus is to drive sales of our product portfolio, emphasizing RAC, PAC, and residential & commercial heating systems. This is a national role covering from Brighton to Derby. The candidate should be prepared to travel to ensure regional coverage.

How You Will Do It

  • Serve as the lead contact for customer account management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide design and application advice for energy-efficient solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify improvement areas
  • Forecast and track sales metrics via Salesforce
  • Proactively introduce our product portfolio to aid client decision-making
  • Present product features, benefits, CPDs, and legislation topics to customers

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 4 years of technical HVAC experience (knowledge of Hitachi or competitors preferred)
  • Design and application experience in HVAC systems, guiding clients through design concepts
  • Understanding of current legislation
  • Experience presenting via PowerPoint and conducting system training
  • Technical competence in system design
  • Ability to multitask multiple client requests
