Location: Portsmouth, Hybrid with UK travel

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion, develop strong customer relationships, and enhance supply chain links.

As our Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage projects from early-stage concept through to supply and delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, supply chain partners, and design teams.
  • Create and deliver technical proposals, pricing, and project documentation.
  • Support marketing, tendering, and business development activities.
  • Coordinate installations and ensure project quality and performance.

What we need from you:

  • A strong interest in infrastructure and construction innovation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A desire to grow both commercially and technically.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about DMRB, CUR96, and FRP systems.
  • Ideally, a qualification suitable for a Level 4/6 apprenticeship (if training support is needed).
