The Role
As Personal Assistant to the Commercial Director, you will provide essential support such as handling correspondence, managing and scheduling internal and external appointments, taking meeting minutes and following up actions, preparing reports and research, and running errands on behalf of the Director. You will need to be well-organised, have excellent time management skills, and be able to communicate effectively. You must also have strong negotiating skills and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Working with a high level of discretion and integrity are also essential attributes. This role would ideally suit someone with solid PA experience who is looking for a local part-time role.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to Director or Senior Management level is essential
- Solid experience of MS Office packages Outlook / Word / Excel / Powerpoint skills are critical
- MS Dynamics / CRM Experience Beneficial But Not Essential
- Excellent organisational and people management skills
- The ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
- Working with consistency and accuracy, with acute attention to detail
- Personable, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate well with all internal teams and external parties
- Strong communication skills; excellent written / spoken English is essential
- Discretion and tact
This is a Part-Time role (working days and hours are negotiable, approximately 20-25 hours p/w required, Mon-Fri 9.00am 1.00pm/2.00pm)
The Package
c£30,000 - £40,000 Basic (prorated, dependent on experience)
