Main Responsibilities
- Manage and steer a portfolio of up to 30 projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations across all projects.
- Oversee project design, planning, and execution.
- Liaise with statutory bodies for necessary approvals and permits.
- Manage supply chain contracts and ensure contractual compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds an HNC or equivalent in construction, project management, or a related field.
- Has proven background working in managing construction or hard FM projects.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Is proficient in IT tools, including MS Project.
- Holds valid UK driving licence (Travel Required).
