The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.

  • In first instance primary responsibility will include preparing and issuing monthly applications / invoices to clients, including site visits for application measure and administration of non-measured invoiceable works.

  • Pricing new schemes will follow dependent on experience in the sector. It is anticipated that pricing new work will constitute a significant element of the work carried out by the successful candidate in due course.

  • Collaboration with clients and to negotiate contract sums and resolve any financial issues

  • Responsibility for all financial aspects of projects entered into by company

  • Value to Completion budgetary documentation

  • Project Valuation management

  • Interface with financial admin team

  • Potential responsibilities in processing sub-contractor invoices

  • Potential wider responsibilities within management of training programs.

They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team preferably with experience within the scaffolding sector, however this is not a pre-requisite.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, a keen mind for learning, adapting, problem solving and implementation of new technologies., * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the new build housing market or similar role in the construction industry

  • Knowledge of scaffolding industry ideal however not pre-requisite

  • Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
