Hitachi Energy is seeking an Engineering Team Administrator to efficiently organize and manage administrative tasks for our engineering team. In this role, you will handle various administrative duties, maintain documents and audit records, and play a crucial part in liaising with team members and both internal and external stakeholders. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking and taking ownership of their workload. We're looking for an organized individual with strong IT and administrative skills who enjoys working with people.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Cross-reference team members' competencies.
  • Update the training matrix.
  • Record hazard observations, site observational tours, and environmental records.
  • Support onboarding of new starters.
  • Order IT equipment, phones, PPE, etc.
  • Arrange training for the engineering team.
  • Assist with team timesheets.
  • Manage travel bookings.
  • Administer TQ/RFI processes.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Set up team and project meetings.
  • Take minutes of meetings.
