We are seeking a dynamic Senior Integration Architect with a Sales focus to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring successful solution delivery and driving business growth. This role involves engaging with business leaders, IT teams, and decision-makers to understand their integration challenges, providing tailored solutions, and strategic advisory services. You will partner with sales professionals to identify customer needs, support technical sales efforts, and deliver compelling presentations. You will also work closely with technical teams to design, develop, and implement effective integration solutions.
Hybrid working: Your work environment will vary depending on your role, needs, and business requirements, combining Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that 100% remote work is not available.
Your role: You will be responsible for designing integration solutions, working closely with sales teams to drive growth and client engagement. This role bridges technology and business by developing API & AI strategies, middleware solutions, and cloud integrations, engaging with clients to identify needs, present solutions, and support sales efforts. Key priorities include pre-sales, solution architecture, technical demonstrations, and fostering strong client and partner relationships to drive revenue.

Your skills and experience:
- Technical Skills: Proven experience as an Integration Architect & Solution Architect. Proficiency with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Boomi, or similar tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud integration. Understanding of Integration Patterns, APIs, and Microservice architecture. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Distributed delivery experience (Off-Shore / On-Shore projects).
- Sales & Business Development Skills: Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or business consulting. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience handling RFPs and writing proposals. Strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and technical teams.
Your Security Clearance: This role requires obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance. Residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years is necessary, along with other criteria. During recruitment, questions about your security clearance eligibility will be asked, including nationality and residence details. Some roles are restricted to UK Nationals for security reasons.
