Mode Search is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious Parisian luxury ladieswear house in the search for a Ladieswear Clienteling Specialist to join their brand new space in Harrods. This is the perfect step up for an experienced Ladieswear advisor with a solid network of high-profile clients. You’ll play a key role in driving the clienteling strategy, participating in VIP events and trunk shows, working by appointment and creating a unique store experience. Alongside a competitive base salary, this role offers excellent commission potential.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through VIP appointments, cross-selling, and upselling
- Deliver hands-on styling and lead by example in all clienteling activities
- Support press events and high-profile client appointments
- Ensure a client-centric approach, enhancing the in-store experience and promoting long-term client retention
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times
- Stay informed on competitor activity and evolving market trends
- Ensure compliance with POS procedures, cash handling, and stock loss prevention
- Identify, attract, and nurture new high-net-worth clients
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging innovation and collaboration
- Demonstrate a commercial mindset, always seeking opportunities to add value
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury Ladieswear in London
