Descripción del empleo
Estamos buscando un Asistente de Mantenimiento orientado al detalle y eficiente para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Auxiliar de Mantenimiento, desempeñará un papel crucial en el apoyo a nuestro equipo de mantenimiento para garantizar el buen funcionamiento del hotel y sus instalaciones.
- Ayudar en la realización de tareas rutinarias de mantenimiento y reparaciones en instalaciones, equipos y sistemas.
- Responder con prontitud a las solicitudes de mantenimiento y a las órdenes de trabajo.
- Realice inspecciones periódicas de las instalaciones para identificar e informar de posibles problemas.
- Ayudar a mantener la limpieza y la organización de las áreas de trabajo y los espacios de almacenamiento.
- Ayudar en el uso, cuidado y almacenamiento adecuados de herramientas y equipos.
- Apoyar al personal superior de mantenimiento en proyectos de reparación y renovación de mayor envergadura.
- Mantenga registros precisos de las actividades de mantenimiento y del inventario.
- Cumpla todos los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad.
- Colabore con otros departamentos para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro y funcional.
Requisitos
- Educación media completa.
- Cursos u estudios en electricidad, mecánica, refrigeración o similares.
- Familiaridad con las herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
- Comprensión de los procedimientos de seguridad y voluntad de seguirlos estrictamente.
- Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones con precisión.
- Excelentes dotes de organización y capacidad para priorizar tareas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
- Preferiblemente, un año de experiencia previa en mantenimiento o en un campo relacionado.
