As a Sales Office Manager based in our Livingston branch in Scotland, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of six, including sales representatives, administrators, and hire coordinators, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching.
- Supporting the team by setting KPIs, balancing workloads, and driving business sales growth.
- Collaborating effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Identifying and nurturing sales opportunities with both current and prospective customers.
- Liaising with customers through phone and face-to-face interactions, successfully increasing branch sales and profit margins.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week – 8 am to 5 pm.
