Essential Qualifications and Experience UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Masters degree or equivalent professional experience. Recent secondary school teaching experience in maths, science, English, or related secondary ITT provision. Experience supporting trainee teachers through delivery, mentoring, or similar roles. Commitment to evidence-informed practice to enhance learner outcomes. Desirable Qualifications Experience in delivering secondary QTS ITT programs. Curriculum and program design experience in ITT. Doctoral degree or current enrollment in a doctoral program. Main Responsibilities Preparing trainee teachers. Delivering teaching sessions. Ensuring quality assurance of placement experiences. Participating in recruitment activities. Providing pastoral support to students.
