As a MS Dynamics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients harness the power of Dynamics CRM, Azure, and other cutting-edge technologies to streamline their operations and enhance business outcomes. What you’ll do as a Dynamics Support Engineer:
- Provide expert support for Dynamics CRM systems, ensuring they are optimized for client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues and deploy improvements across Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
- Leverage Azure/Azure AI Services to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions.
- Assist in the integration and configuration of PowerPages and PowerAutomate.
- Play a key role in the Apps process, contributing to the smooth delivery and ongoing enhancements of client platforms.
- Provide essential support for the ongoing extension of the Dynamics CRM platform.
- Assist with troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements of the CRM platform as required.
- Work within an established team to ensure the CRM platform meets operational needs and continues to support business objectives.
A strong understanding of Dynamics CRM and its application to real-world business problems. Expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes. Experience with Azure/Azure AI Services, and familiarity with PowerPages and PowerAutomate is a plus. Excellent communication skills to work closely with senior stakeholders and business ambassadors, acting as a trusted partner in delivering innovative solutions. A thorough understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps tools. Solid knowledge of the Testing Lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables. A business-savvy individual with strong consultancy skills who can connect technology solutions to business goals.
