Executive Head Chef Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Create seasonal menus and introduce innovative pop-ups and street food concepts. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and compliance with dietary and allergen requirements. Manage stock, budgets, and compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH standards. What We\’re Looking For A seasoned Executive Head Chef with experience in contract catering, high-volume service, and events. Strong leadership skills to train, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring consistent quality and innovation. A flair for menu creation using fresh ingredients and diverse culinary styles.
