Venture Search is currently working with a London-based Investment Manager looking to add an Analyst/Associate to their Private Equity team. They have over 20 years of investment experience and approximately 40 global investments. They invest from the growth stage to buyouts in the lower mid-market across Business Services, Consumer & Retail, Financial Services, and Industrials.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the team to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Financial Modelling and Due Diligence.
  • Supporting the negotiation and execution of deals.
  • Working alongside the advisory team.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services.
  • 2:1 or above at the undergraduate level.
