This position allows a Digital Business Analyst to significantly contribute to innovation and deliver seamless customer experiences across web and mobile platforms for leading retail brands. Success in this role requires thriving at the intersection of business, technology, and User Experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own Contentful CMS requirements, workflows, and content modeling.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to define digital requirements for mobile apps and web platforms.
- Gather business requirements related to retail commerce journeys, CMS workflows, and omnichannel touchpoints.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
The Person
We are seeking Digital Business Analysts who:
- Possess strong domain knowledge in retail and consumer environments.
- Have hands-on experience with Contentful or other headless CMS platforms. (Required)
- Are familiar with mobile app development lifecycles.
- Have experience with composable or headless commerce platforms.
- Have experience with OMS and/or CRM integrations.
