An exciting SousChef Role is available at a new bar and dining concept that will be opening shortly in Pontefract. This is an opportunity to join a successful and expanding company at the beginning and to be involved in the development of the business to become a must visit dining establishment. As Sous Chef you will invest time to train your brigade in order to ensure that they can work to the high standards expected at the venue. In this role of Sous Chef you will be assisting to manage the preparation of a variety of bar snacks throughout the day and also dishes for the evening bistro, all of which use fresh seasonal food. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to join a forward thinking company with excellent opportunities. Requirements: The Owners are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef with a quality background including working in fine dining kitchens. This role will suit someone committed progressing within a company, a good attitude and able to work under pressure is also needed for this position.
