Night Warehouse Operations Manager

We are working closely with our client looking for a Night Operations Manager. This is a confidential role running the night shift from 10 PM to 7 AM, reporting to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working nights within a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include: Budget control of 3 million. Manage a team of 3 Night Shift Managers. Drive and deliver contractually agreed and budgeted KPI on delivery and service levels. Ensure the site remains safe and compliant throughout all chambers and ensure product integrity. Your experience should include: Working in a Unionised Environment. IT Skills – Excel/Word, etc. Effective people management and motivation. Decision making and problem solving. Planning and organising skills. Strong self-motivation. Logistics and warehouse experience – container experience preferred.
