- Reviewing campaign briefs to ensure promotion value and structure are commercially viable
- Maintaining clear documentation of promotion structures, rules, and targeting logic
- Escalating potential abuse or exposure risks to the Senior Manager or Team Manager
- Liaising with Product and CRM Analytics on performance tracking and improvement areas
- Supporting the rollout of new mechanics and internal playbooks

- A working knowledge of bonus tools and campaign mechanics, with awareness of commercial risk and reward principles
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on setup accuracy and operational safety
- Ability to flag potential issues and understand cost vs. value trade-offs in campaign delivery
- Comfort working across multiple teams including Compliance, Product, and CRM
- Strong organisational skills and confidence in meeting deadlines
- An analytical mindset with awareness of abuse prevention best practices
