The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Responsible for the design, configuration, and operation of complete heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration building control systems to meet the intent of the project requirements. May work directly with customers to develop new or replacement HVAC control systems, troubleshoot problems, advise on repairs, or train customers on how to use their HVAC system controls.

Essential Job Functions include (but are not limited to):

  • Design and configure building control systems as defined by the contract document.
  • Create flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of materials, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.
  • Develop and test software programs necessary to operate the system per the intent of the project/job requirements.
  • Coordinate and create necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installations.
  • Assist in performing site-specific training for client or customer on control system(s).
  • Perform value engineering to provide cost effective results while maintaining customer/client satisfaction.

Qualifications include (but are not limited to):

  • Should possess working knowledge of AUOTCAD.
  • Bac Net Experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years related work experience in a commercial property setting.
  • Current Valid PA driver's license.
