Kenton Black are recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager in Fife, on a temporary basis. The client is a well-known house builder known for delivering high-quality private affordable & luxury homes across Scotland.
As a freelance site manager, during the holiday over contract, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation on a live housing site, ensuring programme deadlines are met via thorough guidance of sub-contractors and in-house tradesmen/labour. You will ensure site workers adhere to health & safety regulations and host toolbox talks/site inductions.
As a minimum, you need SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certifications alongside previous management experience on housing sites. As a reward, you will be paid an hourly CIS or PAYE rate for the duration of the contract, on a weekly basis.
