As an End-User Computing (EUC) Consultant at Trustmarque, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in delivering modern workplace solutions that transform the way our clients operate. You will consult directly with organisations to understand their business goals, assess their current environments, and design EUC solutions that enhance user experience, improve endpoint security, and boost operational efficiency. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle—leading assessments, defining roadmaps, and implementing cutting-edge solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager and co-management, Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Defender, Active Directory and Entra ID and the additional associated capabilities. This is a key role in our consulting team, ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills, business awareness, and a passion for helping organisations thrive through technology.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Lead client workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions to understand EUC requirements and business goals. Provide expert consultancy on Microsoft-based EUC technologies, helping clients modernise and secure their digital workplaces. Develop strategic roadmaps and solution recommendations that align with customer needs and IT strategy.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design scalable and secure EUC architectures leveraging Identity and Access Management, Endpoint management technologies (desktops/mobiles), Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise and Microsoft Virtual Desktop solutions including Windows 365 and Microsoft 365. Implement and support modern workplace solutions across diverse environments, ensuring high user satisfaction and operational performance. Deliver high-quality technical documentation including design specifications and “as-built” guides.
- Project Delivery & Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technical consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful client engagements. Support pre-sales activities by scoping services, contributing to Statements of Work (SoWs), and engaging in client presentations. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other consultants and contribute to internal best practices.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay current with evolving EUC technologies, trends, and industry developments. Identify opportunities to enhance Trustmarque’s EUC service offerings and propose new consulting packages or delivery models. Share knowledge internally to strengthen team capability and client value.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Essential: 5–10 years' experience in End-User Computing, with strong client-facing consulting background. Expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), Configuration Manager, co-management, Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to design tailored, strategic solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and workstreams simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable with technical writing and producing high-quality documentation.
- Desirable: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-100, MD-101, MS-102, MS-500, AZ-140, SC-300, SC-900). Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and efficiency. Exposure to hybrid and cloud-based IT environments.
