We are recruiting on behalf of a busy, fast-paced site that is looking for a dynamic Goods-Inwards Supervisor to join their growing and proactive team. This is your chance to step into a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, overseeing stock control, improving processes, and working closely with production to ensure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and developing a dedicated Goods-In and Stock Control team.
  • Overseeing all incoming stock, ensuring everything is correctly booked into the system and matched with POs and invoices.
  • Keeping warehouse areas organised and optimised, with stock properly segregated, rotated, and accessible.
  • Ensuring materials are delivered to the production and nursery teams on time and in good order.
  • Accurately recording stock damages, wastage, and scrap decisions.
  • Coordinating regular stock takes and cycle counts, resolving discrepancies and maintaining system accuracy.
  • Taking responsibility for MHE operations, induction, maintenance, checks, and incident investigations.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments, including production and quality control, to maintain stock integrity.
  • Playing an active role in continuous improvement projects and layout optimisation.
