Information Technology Support Engineer (City of London)

I\’m working with a fast-growing, diversified firm is looking for an IT Support Specialist to help modernise and maintain its internal infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of Renewables, Insurance, and Property Management, ensuring smooth IT operations while upholding security and compliance standards.

Location: Greater London, Borehamwood (Onsite)

Term: Permanent

Salary: £40k

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across teams and business divisions

Maintain network and workstation hardware/software with correct licensing

Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and key team software

Implement system updates, cybersecurity practices, and compliance measures

Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance IT processes

Required Skills:

3-5 years of IT support experience in a Microsoft 365 environment

Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills

Experience with cloud and hybrid cloud technology

Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and IT compliance

Stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts simply
