You will design, develop and implement customised Salesforce solutions that enhance our processes and improve overall efficiency. Location: Based in our Wellingborough head office, we offer hybrid working which will be discussed at interview. What you will do Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications. Design and implement solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce development activities, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues promptly. Ensure quality and performance through testing and optimization. Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and industry trends. Mentor junior developers and foster team collaboration. Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation. What you will bring Experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Trello Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migrations, using tools such as Data Loader, MuleSoft, or similar. It would be nice for you to have Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Developer certification. A background as a Salesforce Administrator.
