This is what you’ll be doing:

As a Conveyancing Lawyer, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-

• Managing an interesting and diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing.Some commercial conveyancing experience would be preferable but not essential.
• Providing precise, practical and effective advice and support to clients (and where appropriate other members within the conveyancing team).
• Ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service .

The experience you’ll bring to the team

As a Conveyancing Lawyer you will bring the following experience to the Team:-

• A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years + PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status.
• Strong interest in residential conveyancing
• A good level of experience of acting in residential conveyancing matters.
• Preferably some experience in commercial conveyancing but this is not a pre-requisite of any application.
